Migration Director
Mr Timothy Brogan-Shaw
Timothy is the founder and Migration Director of LinQ Immigration Ltd and a regulated immigration advisor. He specialises in UK student visas and sponsor compliance, working closely with families and independent schools across the UK.
With extensive experience in Child Student and Skilled Worker routes, Tim provides clear, practical advice and delivers a streamlined, efficient application process. He is also a member of the ILPA and is a British Council certified counsellor.
Operations Director
Dr Ying Zheng
Ying is the Operations Director at LinQ Immigration Ltd and a regulated immigration advisor, overseeing casework delivery and supporting the day-to-day running of the firm. She holds a PhD and has experience across a wide range of UK immigration matters.
Ying works closely with clients and partner organisations to ensure applications are prepared accurately and efficiently. She also provides bilingual support and certified translations where required, helping to ensure a smooth process for international families.
